Her Haven Counselling is online therapy for women who are ready to feel like themselves again, through anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the quiet erosion of self-esteem that comes with carrying too much for too long.
Whatever brought you here, whether a relationship that's left you questioning yourself, a life that suddenly looks nothing like you expected, anxiety that won't switch off, or simply a sense that you've lost touch with who you are, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Her Haven Counselling is a confidential, online space built exclusively for women. No waiting rooms, no judgment, no pressure to perform wellness you don't feel. Just honest, supportive, evidence-informed counselling that meets you where you are and helps you move forward on your terms.
Karen Maree, founder
I'm Karen Maree, an Endorsed Nurse since 2010 and the founder of Her Haven. After years of caring for others, both in nursing and in my own life, I built this space for women who carry a huge amount and rarely get asked who's carrying them.
My approach is direct, not delicate: honest enough to respect you, and kind enough to have your back.
Quiet the noise, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your peace of mind.
Untangle what happened, grieve what's lost, and get clear on what you want next.
Career changes, motherhood, divorce, and every other identity shift in between.
Rebuild a relationship with yourself that's grounded in worth, not performance.
Not sure if counselling is right for you, or worried about committing to something open-ended? The Fresh Start Package gives you 4 weeks of dedicated online sessions at a reduced rate. It's a real starting point, with no pressure to continue beyond it.
You're busy. You're tired. The last thing you need is another commute. Online sessions mean you can show up exactly as you are, at home, in your car during a lunch break, wherever you feel safest, without losing momentum on your own growth.
A free community for women ready to stop pushing through and start living with genuine purpose, connection and joy.
Reaching out is not a sign you've failed. It's a sign you're ready.
