These terms apply to the services provided by Her Haven Counselling ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.
Her Haven Counselling offers online sessions for women, delivered Australia-wide by secure video. While Karen completes her Diploma of Counselling, sessions are currently offered as coaching. Our sessions are supportive in nature and are not a crisis, emergency or medical service.
You can book a session through the booking calendar on our website. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation by email with your session details.
Current fees (to confirm):
Payment is made at the time of purchase, through our secure payment provider, before you choose your session time.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions, may be charged the full session fee. (Karen to confirm the final cancellation policy.)
Her Haven Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.
What you share with us is treated as confidential. There are some limits to this, for example where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where we are required by law to disclose information. (Karen to confirm confidentiality and record-keeping details.)
To get the most from your sessions, please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and join from a private, quiet space with a reliable internet connection.
